Hi, Unsure of what you mean by growing a rose in a tube. Roses really prefer full sun to flower well. Please get back with more information and I will try to help.
    Regards Alistair.

Hello

Can you advise me please? I have a Jacques Cartier which is in a tube. I bought it last summer so this is the first summer of opening. However, small rosettes appear but do not open or if they do, are very small, and then very quickly fade.
It is positioned in semi shade and is watered farily regularly, and has organic matter added to the soil.
Many thanks
