I sty just outside Aberdeen, and I discovered the acre that is my garden last year. Apparently it's been there all the time! But I'm truly bitten by the bug, and I have clematis on the list of things I want to have a go at. But now that the snow has cleared, I'm upset to see the one I planted last spring is , I fear, dead.
