		<description>Alistair, I&#039;ve just found your blog and it&#039;s very interesting. I sty just outside Aberdeen, and I discovered the acre that is my garden last year. Apparently it&#039;s been there all the time! But I&#039;m truly bitten by the bug, and I have clematis on the list of things I want to have a go at.

But now that the snow has cleared, I&#039;m upset to see the one I planted last spring is , I fear, dead.  It was fine the Thursday before Christmas- the last time I saw it.

Do you think it will come again?
